I am am Assistant Professor at the University of North Texas in the Department of Behavior Analysis. I am also the Director of the Organization and Communication Sciences Laborartory.
I received my doctorate in Behavioral Psychology at the University of Kansas. I also have a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management, and graduate certificate in Data Analytics. My areas of expertise/interest include effective communication, public speaking, and behavioral safety.
